Prenatal Yoga is a gentle and intuitive form of exercise, teaching tools to help you gently prepare for birth, relieve aches and pains, improve your sleeping time, as well as teaching you relaxation techniques. You do not need to have former experience of yoga to join these classes. All pregnant women  welcome from week 14 to just before birth date.
