This mat-based form of exercise uses natural flowing movements. Core strength is developed in the body helping to change the way a person looks, moves and feels. Benefits include better posture, improved flexibility, less incidence of back pain and improved strength and muscle tone. Work is done either in small classes, or in individual, ‘one on one’ sessions, guaranteeing a high level of individual attention.
